The pin features Mickey Mouse in his red Mickey Mouse club Band Leader outfit in a marching pose with baton in hand identical to the design on the gold D23 Launch button and pin. This pin, however, is in full color with Mickey framed by a circle of white holding the words "MADE FOR YOU AND ME" in gold letters. There is also a smaller inner circle of red and then a background behind Mickey showing a silver star burst on metallic blue. Covering Mickey's left foot at the bottom of the circle is a blue banner that reads: "CHARTER YEAR 2009" in gold letters and numbers. There is a three ring gold chain attached to the bottom of the banner and a cut out designed dangle of the D23 logo in red outlined in gold. The entire pin design is outlined in gold.
