Refund policy

 Due to the nature of pin trading we generally do not accept returns and returns will only be accepted for store credit in cases of defective product. Because of constant inventory changes we are not able to do direct exchanges. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. DisTradingpins4u does not send any form of return labels. If the return is due to an error on our behalf, we may at our discretion issue a store credit for the amount of the return postage. Under no circumstances will a cash refund be given.

Our items are considered used and may show signs of general wear and use. If you feel the item you received would fall under the category of damaged rather than used or if you receive an incorrect item you must contact us with pictures and a description of the issue within 48 hours of delivery. After this time all sales are final. 

Undeliverable Packages - it is your job to make sure that your address is correct and you are available to sign for packages if required. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable we will contact you with the option to either pay the cost to have the package resent or be issued a store credit for the original amount less our original shipping and processing costs. If we do not receive instructions about your choice within 48 hours the store credit option will automatically be applied.
