Disney Trading Pin 35578: WDW - Cast Member Exclusive - Pin Trading Traditions (Mickey). 

This round black metal pin is similar to the Disney pin trading logo pins (PTP). Mickey is in the center of a red ring and purple circle, holding out three pins in his left hand. A yellow ribbon passes through the circles and behind Mickey. Written on the red ring is "Pin Trading" above Mickey and "Traditions" below him. Back of pin is stamped with the 2004 Pin Trading logo and "(c) Disney Made in China". "Traditions" is the name of the Walt Disney World cast introduction and orientation class. This is a pin given as a gift upon completion of this class.
