the 45th Anniversary parade for the past month or so. To get one, you
must be chosen, at random, to be a guest performer in the nightly
parades in the park. This is a smaller version of the Blue Fairy Parade Pin (Pin #2002) that was released this year to commemorate DL's 45th anniversary, but that one is not surrounded by a gold border. If you see one, you won't mistake it for the larger pin, trust me. The Blue fairy from Pinocchio has a blue fairy dust trail that swirls around up in back of her.
