This is one of the new Disney Dollar pin sets, the $5 dollar "bill." It shows Goofy on the "front" pin, and on the "back" pin it has the Disneyland 45 Years of Magic parade, along with "DISNEYLAND PARK" printed along the bottom. There is a Mickey icon on the front pin, with Scrooge McDuck's signature just below.
