Disney Trading Pin 2429 Disney Store Efficiencies -Tigger

Square design with Tigger on the left side and a clock in the middle. Top reads "the Disney store" and the bottom says "Efficiencies". The size is 1"x1" and back reads "@Disney, Cast Exclusive, China". I was told the pin was given out to cast members for "clocking in" always on time. Another story is that this is a very hard Disney Store pin and is given to those in a store which submits an idea which makes the day to day operation on the store more efficient.
