164103 Mickey License Plate - Surfboard, Lei, Flower
This cream colored license plate features orange lettered MICKEY and in between the C and K stands Mickey. He has his right foot lifted so you can see the bottom of that shoe. He is wearing a light blue lei and there is a surf board with a red middle section and a light blue section on either side of it. Above the K is a yellow flower with an orange center with green leaves. Like a typical license plate, there are 2 holes on the top and 2 on the bottom.
