Tenth of 12 monthly pins released at both DLR and WDW during 2024. Each pin features a Disney character sitting in a kiddy "spring ride" at a park. The seat, special to each character sitting in it, and its post are a pin-on-pin element. This is riveted to the back and moves to look like the seat is on a spring. What you see in the photo is not the spring. The ground and bush are the background pin. This (October) pin features a very happy Florida Orange Bird sitting in a seat that looks like half an orange.
